My Favorite Galentine’s Day Cocktail

I got to celebrate Galentine's Day early this year with some of my favorite people! We got together for an awesome brunch, and of course ya girl covered the cocktails. I mixed together a super fun amaretto raspberry lemonade, but added a fun bubbly twist with a bottle of champagne and Sprite, so of course I had to share the festive recipe with the world.

First of all, can we talk about these adorable cups and straws that Kentucky Girl Ramblings and Glamour and Giggles got us from Target?! It was the most festive drink I've had in a while. And also, if you're thinking more ahead than me, this cocktail would be absolutely PERFECT with some edible glitter added in.😉

INGREDIENTS

A container of raspberries

1 bottle bubbly of choice (Martini and Rossi is my absolute favorite so of course that's what I used)
3/4 cup amaretto
Your favorite kind of lemonade
A bottle of Sprite

DIRECTIONS

Crush 1/3 of the container of raspberries in the bottom of your pitcher.

Add your amaretto and bubbly, then make sure all the raspberries floating are crushed up enough.
Finish off the pitcher with 1/2 lemonade 1/2 sprite.
Pour servings into a cute cup and garnish with one of your leftover raspberries!
